Direct Injection System Standard

Direct injection system with three heaters, individually controlled, with all advantages of a multiple cavity hotrunner system. Parts up to 6000 g weight can be produced with a continuous reproducibility. Due to the adequate heating of the material without interruption, 1) extremely thermal-sensitive materials can be used and 2) color change without disassembling or cleaning of the system is possible. The system has proved a success e.g. in an application with Victrex (Peek) in combination of a glass fiber addition. Available for all standard plates from 46mm.
