Ringflow Nozzle Standard

The directly actuated - or operated depending on the control circuit – direct injection system with a side gate is suitable for parts with a reference circle diameter from 7 to 60 mm or such with a corresponding hole. This system guarantees injection of round and disc-like parts without weld line at the maximum precision of roundness.  Also suitable for optical or medical parts like lens or analyze pipette. The triple-heated, internally and externally controlled system guarantees a perfect process of materials with difficult thermal and flow characteristics.
